Established transportation industry professional Albert “Al” Hanley III has provided executive leadership at the Transforce Group since 2018, where he serves as division president. The Colonel Michael Endres Award recognizes individual excellence in veteran employment. Mr. Hanley’s contributions to veterans employment efforts stemmed from the Troops into Transportation initiative, a program that provides job training and CDL certifications to service members and veterans. A job-first program, Troops into Transportation focuses on applicants that have been pre-hired by partner carriers. Once hired, students begin the initiative’s certification program and supplemental training offerings.

You can become well-versed in the basics of sailing in an afternoon and comfortably sail a boat alone after a few days if you find an experienced sailor to teach you the required skills. However, this is followed by an easy-moderate hike of 3.5 miles to the base of the tower of the peak. Once near the top, views of the San Juan Mountains begin to unveil.
